If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you have the opportunity to do so with a ‘no quibble’ guarantee, if returned within 7 days from receipt of delivery. You must notify us via email within 7 days of receipt of delivery contacting a member of our Customer Service team. Once you have contacted us, we will arrange collection and notify you of a proposed collection date.
We will need your order reference number, a brief explanation of the reason why you wish t return the product and any additional details you think are relevant. We will endeavour to answer your email within 24 hours and make arrangements for a member of our customer service team to contact you to organise a collection and explain all the necessary procedures.
When returning unwanted items, you have a duty to/and are responsible for the care of the product during the cancellation period, which includes it being sent back in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging. You are responsible for ensuring we receive the returned goods in their original pristine condition and all measures have been taken to avoid any damage during the transport back to our warehouse. Items must not have been used in any way.
Upon receipt of your purchased goods and prior to signing the delivery form., it is your right and responsibility to check that your delivered goods have arrived in perfect condition. You must inform us immediately and certainly within a 24 hour period of any damage to your delivered goods.
If the delivered item is not what you ordered or is damaged, please ‘contact us’ as soon as possible to arrange a refund or replacement. With regards to damaged goods you must inform Mabron Plastics within 24 hours of delivery. We will ask you to send us a photo of the damage to help us in taking further appropriate action to rectify the problem. We will require you to return the item with care and it’s your responsibility to ensure it is packed as originally supplied. You will also need to include your customer order details. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will check the extent of the damage and a member of our customer service department will contact you and advise of any possible replacement or refund.
Items returned must arrive in perfect condition with the exception of damaged goods already reported and being returned. Mabron Plastics retains the right to refuse a refund on any item not deemed to be re saleable.
